Cake Batter Cookie Dough Cookie Skillet
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
1/3 cup Cake Batter Cookie Dough Cashew Butter
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1 Oreo cookie, crumbled
tsp rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together all ingredients, then stir in half of the cookie crumbs and sprinkles.
- Pour into small cast iron skillet lined with parchment paper. Top with remaining cookie crumbs and sprinkles.
- Cook for 14-16 minutes or until slightly brown and toothpick comes out with a little batter still sticking. Do not overcook!

Okay, I’m a HUGE skillet cookie fanatic and this was top tier. I substituted the Cake Batter Cookie Dough butter for the Sugar Pie Honey Chunk almond butter, and it tasted like a classic sugar cookie. Finished off with some sprinkles and low fat whipped cream! chefs kiss
Yum! Cookies & Cashew butter!? Name a better combo! I can’t imagine how delicious this is fresh out of the oven!
