White Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Eggs
These white chocolate mini eggs are a perfect snack for your Easter gathering!
Ingredients
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup Rainbow Dream Bar Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp protein powder
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in bowl. Line easter egg molds with melted chocolate and place in fridge to harden while you make the filling.
- Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder. Form into little eggs.
- Place peanut butter eggs in the molds and cover with remaining white chocolate.
- Let harden in fridge before popping them out of the molds and serving!
*if you don’t have molds you can form the peanut butter in egg shapes and dip in white chocolate
