Peanut Butter Protein Blondies
Ingredients
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 45g
- ½ cup Peanut Butter Powder, 48g
- ¼ cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 30g, see post for subs
- ½ scoop Unflavored Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 15g
- 2 Tbsp Zero Calorie Sugar, 24g
- ⅓ tsp Baking Soda
- 1⅓ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 300g
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 80ml
- ¼ cup Blondie-flavor Peanut Butter, 32g
- 28g Reese’s Pieces
- 28g M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, stevia and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and almond milk.

Add wet mix to dry, and peanut butter.
Gently fold until combined. -
Add most Reese’s pieces and M&Ms (reserving few for the top) and fold.
Batter should be slightly thick. - Transfer batter into pan, spread evenly and top with remaining candy.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set.
Toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry, still slightly wet. - Remove from oven and let cool completely.
