Nutcracker Crunch Blondies
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Nutcracker Crunch Cashew Butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
- 1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Sprinkles:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
.2.Mix together cashew butter, eggs, milk, coconut oil, greek yogurt, vanilla extract,and sugar. Slowly stir in flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
3.Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick spray.
4.Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool.
5.Whip together frosting ingredients and spread over bars. Top with sprinkles!
Makes 16 blondies.
