Mistress of Evil Cake Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup Mistress of Evil Cashew Butter
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Frosting:
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl stir together wet ingredients. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Pour into 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
- Stir together frosting ingredients and spread over cake. Top with sprinkles.
