Lucky Charms Protein Cookie

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Oat Flour, 22g
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, 11g
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce, 30g
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 30ml
- 1 Tbsp Get Lucky Almond Butter, 14g
- 1 Tbsp Lucky Charms Cereal, 5g
Frosting:
- 2 Tbsp Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 28g
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, 5g
- ½ Tbsp Get Lucky Almond Butter, 8g
- 1 Tbsp Lucky Charms Cereal, 5g
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all the ingredients except the lucky charms in a bowl-flour, protein powder,baking powder, applesauce, almond milk and Get Lucky Almond Butter. Add lucky charms cereal and mix.
- Transfer cookie mixture onto baking sheet, spread with spoon and shape into 5” circle.
- Bake for 9 minutes-top should be mostly dry to touch. Let cookie cool.
- Frosting: Combine yogurt, protein powder and Get Lucky Almond Butter in a bowl. Spread on top of cookie. Top with more lucky charms cereal.
