Holiday Protein Marzipan

A high-protein, no-bake Holiday treat? Count us in!
Protein Marzipan
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Whey-Casein Vanilla Protein Powder, 22g
- ¼ cup Plant-based Vanilla Protein Powder, 22g
- 2 Tbsp Oat Flour, 11g
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter Powder, 12g
- 2 Tbsp Nutcracker Crunch Cashew Butter, 28g
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 30ml
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix vanilla protein powders, oat flour, almond flour and cashew butter.
- Add almond milk (little at a time) and mix. Add more milk if the mix is too dry or oat flour if the mix is too wet.
- Bring dough together into a large ball and then roll into a log. Optional: Toll in some Holiday sprinkles.
- Cut into 8 slices and serve.
