Frosted Maple Pastry Protein Blondies
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Frosted Maple Pastry Pop Cashew Butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together wet ingredients until smooth.
- Slowly stir in dry ingredients until full incorporated. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.
- Mix frosting ingredients and spread over blondies before cutting into pieces.
Makes 16 blondies.

This sounds incredible !! I can’t wait to make this for my son and I when he comes home for the holidays ! He’s going to love this he is always working out at the gym and this is a perfect high protein snack for him .
