Collagen Baked Oatmeal
Oatmeal with benefits. Try mixing our just plain collagen into your baked oatmeal for added health benefits. Our customers have seen hair growth, nail growth, smoother skin and other benefits from adding our collagen into their daily diets..
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free quick oats
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix in’s: chocolate chips, fruit, etc
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour in the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla and stirtogether. Stir in a desired mix in’s.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Pour inthe batter.
- Bake for 24-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean.

You folks have such great usage ideas for your products and now that my Brownie Batter dream cakes is on the way (thank you for restocking it; it’s truly amazing) I can’t wait to make these waffles again. My twist is adding freeze dried strawberries and fave topping is Breann’s A Twixted treat pb or thick than a snick pb with a few more freeze dried strawberries
