Chunky Monkey Baked Oats
These baked oats are the ultimate feel-good breakfast for when you’re craving something sweet but need to hit your protein goals
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Just Plain Nutty Cashew Butter
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients except walnuts and chocolate until smooth.
- Pour into a ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with walnuts and chocolate.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
