Chocolate Caramel Protein Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Caramel Flavor Protein Powder (Plant Based), 22g
  • 1½ Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 7g
  • 1½ Tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 11g
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salty Sea Witch Almond Butter, 14g
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 60ml
  • 1 Egg White, 31g
  • Optional: Cocoa Powder and Caramel Syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, caramel flavor protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  2. Add almond milk, egg white, Salty Sea Witch Almond Butter, and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth. Taste batter and add sweetener if needed.
  3. Pour batter into a large greased mug.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 min. Center of top will be soft and slightly runny.
  5. Let cool for a couple of minutes, loosen sides with a mini spatula and invert onto plate. Sprinkle on cocoa powder, drizzle some caramel syrup and enjoy!
