🥞 Ingredients

Peanut butter of choice (creamy or crunchy)

Jam, jelly, or preserves of choice

(Optional) 1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Mix your pancake batter as directed on the package. For extra fluffiness, stir in the Greek yogurt.

Cook mini pancakes by dropping small spoonfuls onto a preheated nonstick skillet over medium heat. Flip after 2–3 minutes.

Assemble: Spread peanut butter and jam between each layer of pancakes and stack them up. Use a toothpick to hold them together—perfect for little hands!
