Cake Batter Cookie Dough
What would a weekend be without cake battered bites in cookie dough form?! High protein, vegan friendly and completely guilt free, you'll always want to have this cookie dough on hand for a sweet mid-day snack!

Ingredients
1 cup Oat Flour
60 grams Protein Powder (we love using a plant-based, grass-fed vanilla)
1/4 cup The Ring Leader Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
2 tbsp White Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
1. Mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cashew butter and agave until combined.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
3. Scoop out tablespoon sized balls of dough.
Notes
If dough is too dry, add 2-3 tbsp non dairy milk.
Store extras in the fridge or freezer!
