Butter My Cookie Muffins

Prep these muffins for a quick breakfast or snack you can feel good about!
Butter My Cookie Muffins
- 1 cup gluten free quick oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein power
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Butter My Cookie Almond Butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips in blender.
- Pour into muffin tins lined with muffin cups and sprayed with nonstick spray (or silicone muffin cups). Top with white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Yields 8 muffins.
