5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Eggs
5 ingredients, packed with protein and dare we say better than the OG peanut butter eggs? These health-ified peanut butter eggs are ready in a matter of minutes, perfect for sharing or a good treat during the day!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Double Butter Crunch Peanut Butter
2 servings Protein Powder
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Chocolate Coating
3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Optional: Sprinkles
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, protein powder and maple syrup in a bowl and let set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. After chilling, form into egg shapes and place back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. While chilling, melt together white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Dip peanut butter eggs into melted chocolate, add sprinkles and let cool! Enjoy after chilling in the freezer for 5 minutes.
