Keto Peanut Butter Cups
If you simply can't get enough of Reese's peanut butter cups, we've got a great recipe for you. This recipe is a great one to make with the kids, too thanks to the easy ingredients and yummy results.
Ingredients
To get started, you'll need to grab your ingredients. For this recipe, you should grab:
- 1/2 cup of Melted Coconut Oil
- 3/4 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tspof Sea Salt
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 drops of Stevia
- 1 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
- 6 tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 1-2 drops of Stevia
With these ingredients in hand, you're ready to get started whipping up this tasty treat.
Instructions
Now that you've gathered your ingredients it's time to get started making your peanut butter cups. To start, mix the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, 3-4 drops of stevia, and salt together in a bowl. Mix the batter until it is smooth and creamy.
From there, line a mini-muffin tray with paper cups. Scoop a small about of peanut butter mixture into each cup. For bigger peanut butter cups you can use a regular muffin tray, but we recommend using mini-muffins so you can eat more!
Once you have filled all the muffin cups, place the tray in the refrigerator. Allow the peanut butter cups to set overnight.
While the peanut butter cups are setting, mix together the cocoa powder, 1-2 drops of stevia, and coconut oil until you have a smooth chocolate ganache. Spoon a small amount of ganache on top of each of your peanut butter cups.
After you've topped your peanut butter cups with chocolate, let the cups sit for another 30 minutes. Then, remove them from the refrigerator and serve them to your friends and family!
Keto Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls
Next on our list of tasty keto nut butter snacks are keto peanut butter cheesecake balls. Despite their lengthy name, these cheesecake balls are actually super simple to make.
Ingredients
Before you can start whipping up these tasty snacks, you'll need to grab your ingredients. For this recipe you just need four simple ingredients:
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp of a Natural Sweetener
- 1/2 cup of Crushed Dark Chocolate
That's it! You can also swap out the dark chocolate for coconut or leave it out altogether. This recipe is super adaptable which is what makes it such a fun one to whip up.
Instructions
Now that you've got your ingredients together, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. To start, allow your peanut butter and cream cheese to rest at room temperature until they are soft.
Once they're soft, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, and your choice of sweetener together in a bowl. Make sure the mixture is a very smooth, creamy consistency.
Next, scoop small amounts of dough onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll the dough into balls that are roughly the size of a golf ball.
When you've finished making the balls, dip your cheesecake bombs into crushed dark chocolate, coconut flakes, or even chopped nuts. Roll the balls to make sure they are fully coated in the topping on all sides.
After the balls are fully coated in your choice of topping, place them in the freezer for 2 hours. When the balls are solid they're ready to eat! Make sure to keep them in the freezer in between snacks so that they don't melt.
Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
If you just love biting into a warm cookie after a long day of work, these peanut butter cookies are the perfect recipe for you. They're perfect for a keto diet thanks to their minimal ingredients and low-carb ingredients.
Ingredients
The best part about this cookie recipe is that it only requires four simple ingredients. You'll need:
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- ½ cup of Natural Wweetener
- 1 egg
- 2 tbspof Almond Flour
If you choose to use stevia, keep in mind that you'll want to cut down the portions. Six drops of liquid stevia should be just about right if you plan to use that as your sugar substitute.
Instructions
To get started making this recipe, preheat the oven to 350°F. Then, place all four ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until they form a smooth mixture.
From there, divide the dough into 12 evenly sized balls. Place them on a pan lined with parchment paper.
Using a fork, flatten each cookie to about 1/2 inch thickness. You can then use the fork to make a criss-cross pattern on top of the cookies, just for decoration!
Once your cookies are flat, bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. They should be golden brown on the edges, but still soft in the center.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on a tray. Then, transfer them to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
You can enjoy these cookies dipped into a cold glass of milk. Or, if you're like us, find some keto-friendly, full-fat ice cream and enjoy a hot peanut butter sundae. Yum!

Keto Peanut Butter Fudge
There's nothing quite like fudge for taking you back to your childhood. Instead of the classic chocolate fudge, you can whip up some delicious keto peanut butter fudge with this simple recipe.
Ingredients
For this recipe, you'll only need four simple ingredients. The ingredients you'll need are:
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar Sweetener
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
For the brown sugar sweetener, we recommend using Swerve. However, you can also swap it for any other type of sugar alternative that you enjoy.
Instructions
To make this peanut butter fudge, you'll need to start by heating a medium saucepan on medium heat. Place the butter in the saucepan and allow it to melt.
Be sure to stir the butter constantly so that it doesn't burn on the bottom of the pan. Then, add the brown sugar or another sweetener to the pan.
Stir the mixture continuously, allowing the sugar to dissolve. After about 8 minutes, the sugar should begin to bubble slightly and form a thick caramel sauce.
Once the sauce has formed a thick, caramel mixture, remove it from the heart. Add the vanilla extract and the peanut butter to the mix and stir everything together until it is smooth and creamy.
Now, line a loaf pan with wax paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and freeze the batter for 30 minutes. You may need to leave the mixture in the freezer for slightly longer to ensure that it is completely set.
When you're ready to serve the fudge, turn it upside down onto a cutting board. Carefully peel the wax paper away from the fudge and slice the fudge into bite-size pieces.
Sprinkle a little bit of sea salt on top of the fudge. Then, serve it up to your family or guests and enjoy!
Make sure to store any remaining fudge in the freezer so that it doesn't melt. If you stack the fudge, place layers of wax paper in between each layer to prevent the pieces from sticking together.
