Grandma's Peanut Butter Pie
This treat yo’ self kind of dessert is any peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream-Grandma would approve ;)
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup Grandma’s Peanut Butter Fudge Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 full graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Melt butter in a large bowl. Mix in sugar, peanut butter, salt, and graham crackers. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pie tin.
- Melt chocolate, a tbsp of peanut butter, and coconut oil in a separate bowl. Spread evenly over pie tin mixture.
- Freeze for at least 1hr.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
Keep frozen or refrigerated.
This is so delicious! I followed the recipe with 2 changes. 1) I replaced half the powdered sugar with vanilla protein powder. 2) I used a different PB since I didn’t have that one. It was a big hit. I was thinking the size looked like about 4-6 servings, but it is so rich I easily got 8+! You could also do it any shape you’d like and cut into bars, but the pie shape was cute. I will definitely be making this one again! It’s so perfect for summer because it’s no bake and served cold! 😋
