Cake Batter Cookie Bark

The viral Cookie Dough Bark just got even sweeter with this recipe using Cake Batter Cookie Dough cashew butter!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the cashew butter and ½ Tb coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 25 seconds. Stir until smooth and add in the protein powder. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Press flat onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt the chocolate chips and other ½ Tb of coconut oil together.
  3. Pour over the cookie dough. Top chocolate with sprinkles and place in the freezer to set.
  4. Once frozen ~30 mins or so break into pieces. Keep stored in the freezer and enjoy when you need something sweet!
